How to use SE80 to see interfaces architecture
Dear Gurus,
I am new in this topic, and I want to know if it is possible display interfaces comunications using SE80, could you provide the step by step to do this??
Additionally, I want to know how is the best way to verify and display the configuration of Interfaces connections between SAP ECC and others systems as legacies. There is some transaction that provide information as SM59 but for Interfaces??
Any information is helpful.

HTTP_WHITELIST Types missing
According to SAP Help:

Setup of table HTTP_WHITELIST is required to allow access to external URL target websites when using NWBC 3.5
However, table HTTP_WHITELIST field ENTRY_TYPE does not include types 03 - NWBC selection. Its my understand this entry type is required to setup Whitelist correct for NWBC3.5
We are running ECC6 EHP5

Hi Guys,
I'm currently working with the new theme designer to modify Web Dynpro ABAP theme. Everything works fine 
However, to use the new theme we have to use the following URL parameter:
sap-theme=<theme ID>@<theme root>
This is not a problem at all, but where I'm facing issue is on the Theme Root. The documentation say :
The theme root path looks as follows:
https://<hostname>:<port>/sap/public/bc/themes
But when I want to transport the them and my Web Dynpro Application, I do not want to change the URL each tiem. I have to much Web Dynpro application to modify.
Is there any possiblity to point the URL to localhost or something like that :
/sap/public/bc/themes
I try this but it didn't work at all.
Any suggestion ?

SAP Screen Personas: Restgui not working _ URGENT
Hi Expert,
I am having trouble configuring SAP Screen Personas, I have done all the configuration provided in the Personas Config Guide. Please see blew:
1. Activated all the following services in SICF
/sap/persos_app
/sap/bc/bsp/persos/mainapp
/sap/bc/bsp/sap/system
/sap/bc/bsp/sap/public/bc
/sap/public/bsp/sap/public/bc
/sap/public/bsp/sap/system
/sap/public/bsp/sap/htmlb
/sap/public/bc
/sap/public/bc/ur
2. Changed the restgui to CL_HTTP_EXT_ITS_BASIC
3. Setup the system in the IMG
Server.Url url to your system
Service.Uri /restgui
4. Under “Gui Configuration” button, you have the following parameters set:

But when testing the restgui service, it prompts for username & password but nothing happens.
URL: http://<system Id>:<port>/sap/restgui?sap-client=200
I also tried testing the service from default_host --> SAP --> BC --> BSP --> Persos --> mainapp, it gives me error:
500 Business Server Page (BSP) error.
I have checked the cache memory allocation; it is set to 512 mb.
Please help me, why I m not able to test the restgui services from my browser. What i'm missing and how to fix the BSP error.

After configuring i am not able to find the EDIT and PUBLISH option,
I am using SAP NetWeaver7.4 & Stack-7.
UI theme designer Version is 1.2.1
Engine Version 1.2.1
SAP UI5 Version 1.20.1
http://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/theming/theme-designer ---> try to access it is giving the error 404 Not Found.
So kindly help me in configurings,UI theme designer help materials for desktop version and WEB DYNPRO JAVA.

How to create an Idoc manually
Hello,
I need to create a new Idoc in SAP.
I tried to do so by taking an existing Idoc. I went to transaction WE19, changed the segment info and tried to repush it but got this error- "recipient port invalid". How can I overcome this error? I have attched the screenshot of the error, for reference.
Can somebody tell me the correct way to obtain a new Idoc, either by creating fresh or by changing an existing one?
The reason I am doing this is becuase I want to populate the value for a certain characteristic, in a given batch master record (My characteristic is assigned to class type batch). Can anybody tell me as how I can ensure that my created Idoc populates the right characteristic , with the value (desired by me) in the right batch master record?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

A Questions About the Integration of SAP GUI Scripting in NWBC
Hello NWBC developers and community,
I use SAP GUI Scripting very much and at the moment I test the possibilities of SAP GUI Scripting with NWBC 4.0 PL4.
First of all, it works very well, congratulation to the developers.
And now my question:
If I open a second NWBC Client window and use the method Connections from the Application object with the property Count, I get not more than one connection. Is this a bug or is it necessary to use another property or method to get this kind of information? SAP GUI Scripting uses only the first NWBC Client window.
Here my VBScript code:

Publish option missing in UI Theme Designer
Hi,
Recently we have installed the SAP Gateway (731) with UI-Addon (100 SP5) for Fiori.
But when I use the UI Theme Designer (/UI5/THEME_DESIGNER) the Publish option is missing. Does anybody have an idea how to solve this? How to get a theme published for usage with Fiori apps?
According to documentation and blogs it should be available there. Am I missing some installation settings?

Difference between Fiori Apps Wave 1 and Wave 2>
Hello everyone,
i have already experience (installation, configuration,...) with fiori apps of wave 1 and the fiori launch page.
Also the SAP Portal Integration with SAPUI5 iView template works fine.
I heared that since fiori wave2> things have changed? So my question:
1) What is the difference (technically) between an fiori app from wav1 and wave2?
2) Is it still possible to integrate the fiori apps from wave2 via SAPUI5 iView template in the SAP Portal?
3) Are the fiori apss from wave2 only accessible via the new fiori launch pad?

Load Custom SAP Themes From Theme Designer to Eclipse
My organization currently deploys applications to an IIS Server. We are attempting to leverage SAPUI5 controls. To assist with this we have been using Eclipse Luna with the UI5 Development Toolkit for HTML5. With this functionality we are able to use SAP out of the box themes to design and test layouts locally but can't do this with custom themes created inside the SAP Theme Designer. My question is are there any additional plug ins available which may allow for us to customize the SAP Themes inside of Eclipse? Unfortunately I can't use the SAP Theme Designer Preview since these applications are not being hosted on Gateway but rather on IIS.

How can I create a tree hierarchy in Adobe Flash with WD Java?

I've started to learning RIAs based on WD Java and Adobe Flash. Now I need to create application with tree hierarchy. Nodes of hierarchy must be able to collapse and expand. SAP UI5 browser support for IE8

Set custom theme as system default theme
Hello,
I used the UI Theme Designer for the first time to create my own theme for WD4A. Everything worked fine, I could also publish my theme and test it via link http://<server>:<port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/z_spielwiese?sap-language=DE&sap-theme=hr_design@http://<server>:<port>/sap/public/bc/themes/~client-010/~cache-d7NjAxeQQehJIoS6bT07zPaIVS0.
Now I want my new theme to be used by default without explicitly writing it in the URL because I don't want the user to see the name of the theme. I tried to define the parameter WDTHEMEROOT of the WD application, but it didn't work. I also tried to define the parameter WDTHEMEROOT in the global parameters of the system via WD application WD_GLOBAL_SETTING, but this didn't work either. The value I used for both WDTHEMEROOT parameters ist sap-theme=hr_design@http://<server>:<port>/sap/public/bc/themes/~client-010/~cache-d7NjAxeQQehJIoS6bT07zPaIVS0.
Is there any possibility to set my new theme as default theme for the system? Or did I do something wrong?
